How do I join a space?

Ask the space's owner or team for its code or QR. In the App, choose to join a space and type the code or scan the QR. Depending on the space, your request may need to be approved.

How do I create a space for my community?

On your spaces screen, choose to create one, give it a name and an image and accept the terms. You become its owner and can invite everyone else.

I'm not getting notifications

Check that they're turned on in your phone's settings for Navvento and that you have an internet connection.

Someone is bothering me

Open their profile and block them so they can't write to you. If they break the rules, let the space's team know or write to us.

How do I delete my account?

From your Profile, under "Delete my Navvento account". The steps and what gets deleted are in Delete your account.
