Delete your Navvento account

For the Navvento App

From the App

Open Navvento and sign in.
Go to your Profile.
Tap Delete my Navvento account and confirm.

The account is deleted at that moment and your session is closed.

If you own a space: first transfer ownership to another member (open their profile from the Directory and choose transfer) or delete the space. That way your community doesn't lose its space. Then you can delete your account.

Without the App

If you no longer have the App installed or can't sign in, write to us at app@navvento.com from the email of your Google or Apple account, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm your identity and delete the account within 15 business days.

What gets deleted

Your account and your profile: name, phone, photo, bio, date of birth, sex and education level.
Your memberships, roles and permissions in every space, and your invitation codes, which stop working.
Your notification tokens and your notices.
Your profile images, which are removed from storage.

What stays

What you posted, commented or wrote to other people stays in the channel or conversation, without your name, so that other people's conversations don't break.
The people you invited stay in their spaces, but it no longer shows that you invited them.
Backups are overwritten within 30 days at most.
Whatever the law requires us to keep, for as long as the law says.
